Diz a nina: “As a student at DePaul University I am a commuter. My whole existence in Chicago has always revolved around the transit system and I love it. With the U-Pass from DePaul, I travel everyday to class and other places for recreation. I chose commuting as my subject for the multimodal project because it is something I do every single day, even since high school. Chicago is my hometown and I love the accessibility to every corner of the city. Although the Chicago Transit Authority has its own problems, I can’t complain too much because commuting is my only way around the city. During the summer, I rode my bike everywhere, but as the seasons changed, I had to focus more on using the buses and trains to get around. I never realized how much I would appreciate the transit system as I got older. This video revolves around the bus and trains I take to both the Lincoln Park and Loop Campuses.
